Did anyone elses documents get 'LOST' in the mail? I bought the standby genny in August of 2016 (My second generac).

To get the free 10 year warranty you have to send the receipt and completed form in by November 30. The form gives you a web address to redeem online but does not work. I called to make sure it made it 11/25 and again on 11/30, told to wait till after 12/2, then,'It must have got lost in the mail.

Sorry too late to make an exception.'! I think it was a scam and seeing if anyone else had the same experience.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE by phone! Serial number is concealed.

Model and model number are different depending on where you look. Instruction manual defines locations differently.They are only interested in selling whole house generators. Toll free number just jerks you around. Customer service sends you to someone else who then sends you to someone else.

Numerous attempte to sell, sell, sell, sell, sell, then sell some more and NOW I'm pissed with this requirement to only accept a minimum of one hundred words, what the *** is that all about?

Only five more words plus one more! Done!
